Welcome to Fayette Futbol Club's online registration home page. The online registration process has been updated and streamlined, so please read the instructions below carefully before proceeding. Also please read the instructions that appear on each page as you proceed through the registration process.

TO BEGIN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, PLEASE CLICK ON THE REGISTRATION TAB AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE. You will be asked to select either a Player registration or an Admin registration. Once you have made your selection, you will be asked to enter your User Name and Password if you have an account with Georgia Soccer, or you will be asked to create a new account if you do not already have one.

Please remember that, if you are creating a new account, you will create a parent profile or profiles first, then you will add your children. If you do have an account, but do not remember your user name or password, please click on the Forgot UserName/Password link, or contact Sue Eutermoser. Do not create a new account with new profiles. Also, please make a note of your user name and password, and if your personal information changes during the course of the seasonal year, please update your profile.

Prior to registering, you will receive a Player Assignment Code from your coach. You must enter that Assignment Code when directed in order to proceed with the registration process. Next, you will be asked to accept the Liability Waiver. From there you will be directed to the Registration Payment screen.

If you will be playing on a U13 or U14 team, you will see a total of $510. This fee is for both the fall and spring seasons. You may elect to the pay the total amount now, or you may select the Payment Plan option, which will charge your credit card $255 now, and the other $255 the end of January or February, depending on when you complete the registration process. For players U15-U19, your credit card will be charged the $255 fee. If you do not reside in Fayette County, you will be charged an additional $5 out of county fee. 

At the end of the process you can print a medical release form when you are prompted to print forms. However, if you are asked to print a registration form and mail it to the registrar, disregard that request.We do not need a registration form from you.
